Attention Patents! Are you interested in being a volunteer Assistant Coach for your child’s team? This is a great way to enjoy Mini Soccer with your child. The coaching is simple and a lot of fun. Anyone interested in volunteering your time can select to do so on your child’s registration form. We are looking for motivated parents who can make a commitment to attend each session. Soccer experience and coaching experience is preferred but not mandatory. Please note that Assistant Coaches will be assisting the RDT Coaching staff and you will be assigned to your child’s team.
All Parent Assistant Coaches will receive the practice plan in advance and are expected to review it. RDT Coaching Staff will run each practice and Assistant Coaches are utilized for support.
This is a great way to enjoy sport with your child and their friends.
Each team will have two or three Parent Assistant Coaches assigned. Assistant Coaches are expected to make the time commitment to their child’s team.
Assistant Parent Coaches are required for both the Outdoor and Indoor Soccer Seasons. We do rely on the support of the Assistant Coaches to allow us to operate at the high level that we do.
